SPRINT THRU SUMMER Training Program
Elevate your game this summer with YOUNITED FITNESS's "SPRINT THRU SUMMER" program, tailored specifically for Middle School through Collegiate Athletes, ages 13-23. Running from June 1, 2024, to September 1, 2024, this elite training initiative focuses on developing supreme athletic skills and physical conditioning through targeted sessions on Wednesdays from 6-7 PM at Wilson High School (2601 Grandview Blvd, Reading, PA) and Saturdays from 9-10 AM at Governor Mifflin High School (101 S. Waverly St, Shillington, PA).
Our program emphasizes Functional Strength and Conditioning Training—the definitive X-Factor in sports. Designed to forge exceptional athletes, sessions include Athletic Training, Sport Specific Drills, Functional Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Speed and Agility Work, Plyometric Training, and Cardiovascular Conditioning. Conducted in stadium and track settings, each workout is crafted to boost endurance, enhance mental toughness, and significantly reduce injury risks.
