Today we had the pleasant surprise of Justin Long stopping by from YOUNITED FITNESS to drop off an unexpected donation! They ran a charity workout over the weekend and chose US to donate to; we are seriously flattered and excited over here guys! How incredible to see a group doing such great things in the community. Getting people healthy while helping others; it's a win win for our community overall :) Shout out to those guys and we can't wait to work with them again and again!
Nick and Justin are extremely dedicated to helping their clients achieve their fitness goals with great workouts to challenge you differently each time you join their class. I highly respect their love and care for everyone.
Getting back to grind on my health, and having Nick as my trainer, he is a great trainer and pushes you through each workout and gives you the best tips on living a healthy life!

I had a knee replacement in March of 2018. From rehabbing that knee, I blew out my other knee; torn ACL, torn Meniscus and Quad, and dislocated knee cap. In June of 2019, I had my 6th surgery on my left knee. I haven't been able to walk in over 2 years. The pain and the constant in and out of doctor appointments to get me backt to somewhat normal has been a daily struggle. I am happy to say that I took a chance with Nick as my trainer. He has been by my side for months and he pushes me to overcome my obstacles. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be where I'm at today. I owe a lot to him, thank you so much!
I have been training with Nick since 2013. My experience with him has been awesome and life changing. Nick inspires me to do more and believe in myself. He motivates me to develop a new attitude along with more confidence and drive to stay healthy; which helps me to get stronger and make the right dietary choices to support my progress. Nick's workouts are never boring, he is constantly changing his routine, which I like because it makes the training sessions exciting. Nick is very dedicated, he cares about everyone's well-being, not only physically but mentally and spiritually.
